Optogate Vocal Mute
The PB-05 is an automatic microphone gate unit which is based on the latest optical technology. The PB-05 is plugged between microphone and cable. It’s equipped with an infrared sensor. The PB-05 senses if someone is in front of the microphone and will switch on the microphone. The distance can be adjusted between 15cm and 120cm with the help of a Trim Pot. The microphone will be switched off automatically if nobody is in front of it. A red status LED indicates if the microphone is switched on. The PB-05 works with 48 Volt phantom power.
